[Bug]: Blinking in Taskbar

What happened?

Start menu interferes with WVDH, causing the focused window from the incoming Virtual Desktop (VD) to blink in the taskbar. Clicking the task makes it stop blinking, and switches the current VD back to the previous. In ms-settings:personalization-start, the Use Start full screen setting makes no difference.

Replication

  1. WVDH is running
  2. Have different windows focused in the different VDs
  3. Open Start Menu (windows key)
  4. Switch VD
  5. Seen blink in the taskbar, the currently focused window in the VD that was switched into. This happens in other circumstances, but this is more easily replicable.

@dankrusi just wanted to post that, as I've noticed that behavior myself in Nexus Dock. I'm using the latest version.
