[Bug]: Several instances can be started

What happened?

Problem

While already running, Windows Virtual Desktop Helper will start another instance if started again.

How to recreate

1. WVDH is already running.
2. Start WVDH via the Windows Start menu (if installed) or via the exe file.

The configured icons in the notification bar are doubled, trippled, etc.. Also the overlays are overlapping on desktop switching.

Expected behavior

If the application is started by any means although already running, the re-start should be ignored.
