GWE Fails to load post Ubuntu 24.04 -> 24.10 upgrade

It may be unrelated to GWE as is, but would love any help here.

I cannot launch GWE post upgrading ubuntu to the 24.10 version, see some useful logs bellow:

I have coolbits 28 enabled, but still cannot obtain fan access or load GWE
