Do a 'npm install' after that 'npm run update' while beeing in the root directory of the project.

What about the npm run update? (you need to do it in the root folder of the project aswell since it gets the latest protos)

Please post your nodejs -v and npm -v here and could you check if a folder xxx(name of your folder)/protos/ exists? (I think you're running an outdated npm version)

Seems like your node isn't able to fetch the latest protos (or more likely hasn't the permissions to save them into ./protos). As long as there is no fix, you could try to copy my protos folder into your project directory: http://noteefy.de/cs/protos.zip

This error occurs if your accounts don't get accepted by the game collector. Did you wait 12 hours since the last report and are all accounts non-vac and with a validated csgo game key? Btw I'm working on an own report bot, you might aswell check it out the next few days.
