One of those nice little touches

Right now the icon spacing in the panel between the mic and volume icons is hardcoded. For future proofing, we should get this value from the `padding` of `.composited-indicator`

Alternative design solution for #13. Instead of showing volume change confirmations as a notification, temporarily show an inline levelbar.  This is just a proof...

There's not really a good reason for this to be a separate icon. And with CSS we can add a nice transition
