It sounds like at least Azerty and UK layouts have `↹` printed on them instead of the word `Tab`. We should replace the label for those layouts here: https://github.com/elementary/shortcut-overlay/blob/3dfed1af3777fa1bf95ef69f325385f4a69a7735/src/ShortcutEntry.vala#L50
