Add Tags + Retain Descriptions!

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

1. I always keep adding some kind of Tags after exporting the CSV file.
2. I keep typing the name all over again, every time the budget runs our, and feels like starting all fresh!

Describe the solution you'd like

1. It will be Great to show a side scrollable Tags (Just below the Commenting Session!)
2. It will be wonderful to somehow retain the old data, for filtering and save a lot of time typing again.

Describe alternatives you've considered

1. Retain the Tags as well!
2. Once the App Resets, is it possible to keep the Descriptions alone. (Which can be stored & exported separately & Delete specific ones on request)!

Additional context

1. Tagging will help a lot in the long run.
2. Having the intelligence of all the descriptions used earlier, will help log the expense even faster + It will start getting personalized feelings when using it! = It feels happy to see I do not have to type it again!
