one second silence bug on Mac OSX

Hi,

I just wanted to let you know that I experienced a bug only on Mac OSX (not on iOS). The very first recording sports a second of silence in the audio. Every subsequent recording works.

I reported the bug (here)[https://bugreport.apple.com/web/?problemID=42852112] but I am not sure if I should also report rather with WebKit.

The good news regarding your library: there is a simple workaround to mitigate this, which I documented here: https://github.com/dirkk0/record-audio-webkit/blob/master/index.html#L47-L51
