Is there an WebAudioTrack.js npm dependency as I couldn't find any

Liad, react has react-mic https://www.npmjs.com/package/react-mic which is based on npm's mic https://www.npmjs.com/package/mic

However, https://github.com/ai/audio-recorder-polyfill may give you better cross-platform support, and doesn't require react.
