Hi there. Sorry you're not giving me much to go by. Any more clues? Have you set the messaging platform correctly? Have you tested the chatbot on Dialogflow site? Thanks, Daniel

Hello, I'm facing the same problem and the robot works fine. when the bot doesn't catch the message, it can display the custom error messages or "An internal error occurred". Sometimes seems to happen with long sentences, but then: screenshot-wordpress test-2018 02 05-14-48-13.

Best to turn on debug in the shortcode to see what the response is. e.g. [my_chatbot debug=true]

Hi Daniel, awesome plugin!

I am finding I get an internal error message when I accidentally press without any content...

Can't quite figure out where in the code to catch that little error!

Just wanted to say thanks for having done such a great job. Really appreciate it :-)

Hi Daniel,

I am very impressed by your plugin but have experienced frequent disruptions due to an "internal error". I determined that Dialogflow does receive the request from the plugin but the response triggers the error message.

It would be great to resolve this issue and to continue to enhance the plugin's capabilities. I would like to use your plugin in my company and would be willing to pay you to resolve the issue and maintain it.

Please advise.

Thank You

Tim
