Updated to use the Dialogflow API V2

The Plugin now uses the V2 API, it automatically fetches a new token from google Servers every hour.

TODO:

  • [ ] Platform Support has been removed it would need to be added back by some one more knowledgeable
  • [ ] cardResponse needs to be printed to the screen correctly
  • [ ] quickRepliesResponse needs to be printed to the screen correctly
