Overlay doesn't show up on mobile screen with woocommerce

Hello,

When you are viewing my website (http://belingard-sarl.com/) on a smartphone, there is a conflict between the bottom menu and the mychat overlay. I see either the bottom menu or the mychat overlay but never both at the same time. My website is using woocommerce with the storefront template.
