Implement reset accessibility endpoint integration

This PR implement a new endpoint to reset iOS accessibility settings.

The changes would allow us to call this new endpoint resetaccessibility to reset iOS accessibility settings like font size etc.

@iSevenDays @dmissmann does it make sense to add this feature to the cli as well? i know we are far away from feature parity between those 2, but it would be great if things won't diverge even more? What do you think?

isn't this already there https://github.com/danielpaulus/go-ios/blob/adc796211a57d5b97ad4b3bcdbceb8bf1310d12a/main.go#L127 or do you mean something else?
