Allow for Streaming of Episodes instead of Downloading

It would be nice to have an option in the preferences to allow playback via Streaming instead of always having the episodes downloaded to a device. This should be allowed if they are connected via Wifi/Ethernet, and optional if they are connected by Cellular.
