[Feature request]: configurable model per component

What do you need?

I think most of us would like to use the most fitting model for a job because:

• cheaper
• smarter at the job

We might all use different models for one particular job so that config would be best kept locally in a local config file (preferred over sqlite as its not easily editable).

I was under the impression that we can't select a model per operation? If that IS possible then please share in the docs :)
