[Feature request]: Fine-Tuned OpenAI model

What do you need?

I have a fine-tuned openAI gpt3.5 model I'd like to reference. It is not in the list (clearly) how can I get fabric to accept the model name?

it has a name like like "ft:gpt-3.5-turbo-0125:personal:somename:somehash"

fabric provides support for several AI vendors, OpenAI, Ollama,...

Most vendors provides an Rest APi a list of deployed models.

Where is your model hosted?
