Resume downloads

Hey, thanks for this great project! Quick question: I'm seeing the s c r a p e r frequently getting timeout errors and stalling. When I run it again it starts from the very beginning, re-downloading everything.

Is there a way to resume downloads, from the parts where it stopped last time? I'm asking this because my internet plan has a limited monthly quota and if it re-downloads all the time, it's a lot of GB that's wasted...

UPDATE: i just did some tests and I can say this behavior is intermitent. Sometimes it starts from the beginning (re-downloading everything, from the first module) and sometimes it resumes correctly (skipping downloaded modules).
