Jumping of the content upon the initial pinch zooming

Hi Daniel, thank you for this amazing extension, really great work! There is just one issue with it and that's the whole image (i.e. Content) jumps considerably when you choose to zoom from a pivot that's on the opposite side of the previous pivot point.

it's screencaptured using Unity remote, hence slight lag, and also it doesn't show the fingers, so if this is unclear, I can try to do another capture direct on the device.

What it should do (idealy) is start zooming from the new transformation pivot (as defined by newly placed 2 fingers) smoothly from that place, without the initial jerking movement and shifting entire image at the beginning of that gesture.
