Formal Request to Restore 2017 Krakow Gold Stickers to Original CS:GO Appearance
Dear CS2 Development Team,
I am writing to formally express my strong objection to the recent visual changes made to the 2017 Krakow gold stickers in CS2. The current design is significantly different from the original version in CS:GO, which directly alters the nature of a digital item that many players have purchased and collected in good faith.
These stickers are not only cosmetic elements, but also digital assets with recognized market value. Many players have invested real money in acquiring them, based on their original appearance and authenticity. Altering their design after the fact without preserving their form risks undermining consumer trust and may be perceived as diminishing the value of players’ assets, which raises serious concerns under consumer protection principles.
I respectfully request that the 2017 Krakow gold stickers be restored to their original CS:GO appearance to preserve their historical authenticity, visual integrity, and market value. Such an action would demonstrate the development team’s commitment to respecting player investments and maintaining trust within the community.
