Inventory Changer and 'enable shuffle to equip a random item each map' Bug

i use Inventory Changer add some skin,and enable shuffle to equip a random item each map,but its not work.

no, i mean 'enable shuffle to equit ramdom item each map in csgo' is not work with Inventory Changer. of curse, my all skin is made by Inventory Changer.
