enable aimbot after "x" shot(s)

hi people, I would like to know if there is the possibility to add the option to activate the aimbot after the first shot(s). I could see that in some softwares there is this option, so the aimbot movement is not so obvious and is only activated after certain shots or only after the first shot. I think it's a good option to "appear to be legit" (I know it's not possible xD).

maybe some of you saw this kind of options with different names like this:

but it only delays the aim/shot time, I would like to know if it is possible to add the option to make a shot and then activate the aimbot on key pressed.

Or maybe someone could please help me to implement this option to my build.
