Blur bug

As the title suggests, the blur seems to be bugged out. I did some testing and concluded that it's because of something in the latest version of visual studio 2019. I came to the conclusion as I found an older compiled dll of GOESP and it seems to have the blur working fine.

This is how it looks:

But the blur works as intended in-game, so that leads me to no conclusion and pure confusion.
