Differential rotation from MESA models

Progress: We can now load the star profile from MESA with additional (but optional) info about the angular velocity distribution, which is being mapped onto SPH particles. This allows us to set up differentially rotating (or rigidly rotating) stars after relaxation. To do: Allowing the user to choose the rotation axis direction.
