Time is PC localized in raw CAN bus trace, but not in plot

In v7.3.13.dev9, creating a CAN bus trace from a raw file with Time as date enabled displays the 1st timestamp as below:

However, when DBC decoding and plotting the data, the first timestamp is now shown in UTC instead of localized time:

Suggestion: It would be ideal if the plot date & time would also be displayed in localized time to be consistent with the CAN bus trace view.
