Add Metric Measurements

Metric measurements should be available on the recipe page, toggling between lb/oz to kg, gallons to liters, F to C, PPG to yield, etc.

@danielgtaylor 3 years later and I still think we need an open source brew recipe software and community.

I understand there's no activity here for several years. Is there any interest in accepting pull requests and collaboration from other developers?
