How to run on Windows

Hi, excuse my ignorance but the description states this script would run on windows. How do I actually run it? what are the dependencies/requirements?

for me it does nothing on windows.

even if i have files in a directory ladon does not "see" them.

ladon --verbose "*" -- echo asdf

i switched to rush as alternative https://github.com/shenwei356/rush
