PSP Preset not working

After transcoding a set of videos to the PSP format, I transfer them to the PSP and it simply says "Corrupted Data".

The issue is that the PSP requires a framerate of either 15 (14.985) or 30 (29.97) fps, and this is not enforced by the Arista preset.

I just pushed an updated preset in bad46b5 that forces the framerate to 29.97 - can someone test and confirm this fixes the issue?
