Unexpected output using rotation effect

When converting video using the "Live Input H.264" profile, with just the effect set to "Rotate clockwise", the output is indeed rotated, but the aspect ratio is wrong.

Input video: 1280x720 Motion JPEG. Output is 1280x720 H.264 / AVC.

I expected the output to be 720x1280 H.264 / AVC. Or, if 1280 in height is not supported, something smaller - but using the input ratio.

Same issue with an other preset. Impossible to use a height smaller than the width, so impossible to respect the ratio.
