Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I deployed a small fastapi service that removes the background of images on google cloud run and every time it downloads the models I ran out of limit.

Describe the solution you'd like Can we have a local cache or directory to save the model that is used by rembg and point to it so it'll be used by the remove function?

Describe alternatives you've considered The cache directory, but to be honest there isn't a lot of info about it U2NET_HOME
