`mkdocs-jupyter` and `mkdocs-gallery` do not play well together

Hi, I was playing with this nice plugin, trying to create a "template" repo where users could either

• use mkdocs-jupyter to start with an ipynb
• or use mkdocs-gallery to start with a py (similar to sphinx-gallery, since mkdocs-gallery is a copy of it)

However for some reason when I activate both plugins at the same time, mkdocs-jupyter does not see the files anymore.

I guess that it probably comes from mkdocs-gallery so I opened this https://github.com/smarie/mkdocs-gallery/issues/51

We'll see the outcome of investigations when I get the time to do them :)
