N9/Meego bug: Temporarily unavailable caches are shown as active

Whenever at Geocaching.com a cache is temporarily unavailable AGTL version 0.9.1.2 still shows its Status as 'active'. See attached pics. Would it be possible to include that information to the fetchable cache data so that temporarily unavailable caches would appear in AGTL as Status 'inactive'?
