The Clear Glyphicon is larger than the dropdown toggle

The clear button (represented by the glyphicon X) is larger that the dropdown toggle and the combo-boxes size changes, or it will shift left.

This was tested in Chrome 52.0.2743.116 (64-bit) on MacOS

It is also noticeable in chrome on Windows 7.
