NuGet Packaging

Hi Danieleli, it seems that you are now the official source for Swagger.Net, since MikeTrionfo has abandoned the original repository. Given that, would you be able to package tge solution in a NuGet package so that it can be easily referenced/added from any project as well as updated?

no bandwidth needed. its right here. repo issues.

but nuget package is a way off. right not some test don't pass, so gotta fix those. then automate build and tests so that doesn't happen again. then package.

I'm gonna need to get 4 hours undivided time to jump back into this so it might be a while. Feel free to fork.
