Properly format the editor name for iD.
Challenges do not seem to have embeds (share link previews). Challenge links (Facebook, Twitter, Discord, etc.) would appear embedded with the MR logo, challenge title and description (truncated with ellipses).
Allow authors to create map notes from skipped -and any other- items to possibly get them resolved.
