Co-Owners/Co-Creators

Co-Creators are players that the creator of the word promotes with /ws promote [player]. Co-creators get access to all creator tools except resetting the world, promoting/demoting new co-creators, banning other co-creators, and unbanning players that the creator banned.

/ws promote [player]: Promotes a player to a co-creator. /ws demote [player]: Demotes a player from co-creator to a normal player.
