Right-Clicking a Netherstar opens the GUI

Nether star: By clicking on a netherstar, it opens up /ws gui. By clicking on a player with a netherstar, it gives you options to enable gamemode, teleporting, worldedit, building, pvp, and etc for that player. You can also promote them to co-creator or ban/kick them from the world.

Sidenote: If you add more features from my other requests, they would show up in this GUI.

And what is if a player don't want that a Netherstar is a gui. Many server's use already the nether star for his own gui's
