Invite Non-Member Reviewer to Review Submission
User Story: As an editor, I need to be able to invite non-members to review submissions.
Story Description and Background
What are we trying to accomplish? What context do we need to know?
Editors need the ability to invite non-journal members to review their submissions. These people may not even be users of the platform yet.
Acceptance Criteria
At what point is this story considered "done"?
- Editors can invite non-members (even if they are also non-users) to review papers.
- Editors can write templates for the email invitation, and customize them on a per-invite basis.
- Invitees can decline or accept the invitation.
- Editors can see who they have invited, who has accepted, and who has declined.
- Editors can see the history of invitations, acceptances, and declines for each user/email.
- Invitees who accept become
assigned-reviewers
on the paper they are invited to review and retain those permissions with out journal membership.
