Solicit Donations on Registration

User Story: As a developer, I want to be able to continue working on this project while supporting myself, so I need to be able to solicit donations to support the continuing development of the platform.

Story Description and Background

What are we trying to accomplish? What context do we need to know?

There is a form field on registration that allows users to set a donation subscription or sliding scale pay to support the platform. It explains the costs of the platform, links financial transparency, and provides the user with a way to set a subscription price. It goes to zero, defaults to $5 / month.

Acceptance Criteria

At what point is this story considered "done"?

• Users can select a monthly donation amount from a sliding scale $0 - $100.
• The scale defaults to $5 / month.
• Users can change their subscription amount at any time from their settings.
