Allow a User who Registered with ORCID iD to set a Password

Story Description

What are we trying to accomplish in plain english?

Right now, if you register with an ORCID iD, there isn't an obvious way to set a new password. The Change Password form requires your existing password, which won't be set with an ORCID iD. We need to create a path to setting a password.

Acceptance Criteria

At what point is this story considered "done"?

• A user who registered with ORCID iD has a way to set their password.
• The method they use to set their password is secure.
  • [Optional] Consider using a token flow (similar to reset password).
