Story Description

What are we trying to accomplish in plain english?

To help spread the word, we want to enable people to invite their peers to review their paper when it has been posted to the community review stage. We need to show an "Invite" ux in a clear and obvious place and allow people to send invitations to emails notifying people that their paper has been shared and inviting review feedback.

Acceptance Criteria

At what point is this story considered "done"?

• We show a UX allowing users to invite their peers to review.
• On the invite screen, we allow users to enter a list of emails, and a note. We preview the invitation email for them.
• We send the invites out to the emails they've identified.
