This appears to be a problem on at least .NET Core 2.1, but is fixed in 3.x. I've raised it here: dotnet/runtime#34586
@bartdk-be: im not sure - in my miminal example at dotnet/runtime#34586 make sure your `Microsoft.Extensions.Http` is the latest version.
This is happening frequently to me on restarts. I'm trying to track down why this would be loading at startup...
It would definitely save you time on the Safari version
@trlkly are you able to get this to work in Safari's User Scripts extension? I'm not sure what's missing to trigger it.
