Menu will not load anymore.

When I click the icon, nothing shows up.

It works for me on Chrome (Linux). Anything in the developer console when clicking the button? Right click page, inspect, go to Console.

I just encountered something similar. In my case it was Ghostery's ad-blocker blocking the download pop-up. It will log the parsing of the chapters in the dev console and then seemingly nothing happens.

uBlock Origin's ad-block does not seem to exhibit this behavior, but other ad-blockers might also do this.
