Performance issues

@akeilox It's an [AppSetting](https://github.com/kipusoep/UrlTracker#urltrackernotfoundtrackingdisabled) @quadhenke There were some performance problems with 3.13.x (#166, #169). I'd try 3.14.1 see if that helps at all.

Issues on Azure SQL - Plugin uses Legacy SqlHelper

@PhilDye Great stuff! Sadly the Backoffice views still us the Legacy SQL helper, so there may still be issues 😞

Redirects for a custom route don't appear to work

I'm not too sure I follow your issue here. You've created a custom route, and are trying to redirect to it?
