ContactID won't work with Person Account

I'm trying to send emails to Person Accounts but I get the following task:

Errors: Error Fields: targetObjectId, 003K000001XGt6DIAT Error Message: The target object's email address "null" is not valid Status Code: INVALID_EMAIL_ADDRESS Target Object Id: 003K000001XGt6DIAT

Only happens with Person Accounts

Can you confirm your person account has an email set? The error suggests it is null
