Unable to use this action inside the loop

While using the action inside the loop as I want to send emails for all Campaign members in Campaign I am getting An Apex error occurred: System.LimitException: GLSendEmail:Too many Email Invocations: 11

I tried to set the Batch size as 10 the new winter'22 release feature too, still getting the same error.

we are looking to add another version of this that supports lists in flows, currently only ProcessBuilders auto-bulkify loops.
