Display each user's icon in user's column

Is it possible to add an option to display the icon set by each user instead of the default icon in the column field, when you add a column of each user? Although it is possible to identify the column by looking at the ID of each user, it is difficult to identify which column is the column of the user you want to see at a quick glance.

I'd love to implement this, I'd have to look into how feasible it would be though!
