Add Broadcasts support

Please add support to X broadcasts, live and finished.

Some examples. https://x.com/i/broadcasts/1yoKMPROYqRxQ https://x.com/i/broadcasts/1PlKQOvnQXnJE https://x.com/i/broadcasts/1PlKQOvnQXnJE

They look to be streamed via HLS, but without the proxy their implementation ends up with 403.

Streams don't seem to use x.com, but use something like: https://prod-fastly-us-east-1.video.pscp.tv/Transcoding/v1/hls/us-east-1/periscope-replay-direct-prod-us-east-1-public/xxxxxxxx/transcode/us-east-1/master.m3u8 which is left from Periscope days.

I've been toying with this for actually some time but I haven't been able to get the broadcast videos to embed correctly in Discord yet. I'll let you know when I figure it out
