Request for a Dedicated Privacy Policy Document

I noticed there’s a brief mention of privacy in the documentation, but would it be possible to add a dedicated privacy policy document? Having a standalone policy would make it easier to reference and track any updates over time. This would be especially helpful for transparency and quick lookups.
