The direct media links for video is not functioning on Discord mobile.

For a while now, my iOS Discord app is unable to play directly linked vids (adding the .mp4 at the end)

It simply loads endlessly, and once clicking the link, it goes to a broken media (unable to be played)

So it's fixed-ish. It now works fine when you use the direct media subdomain flag (d.fixupx.com, d.fxtwitter.com), but when you add .mp4 it still seems to break...?

I have no idea what is happening with it having issues using the .mp4 extension on mobile. It still works fine in Discord desktop.

It is working as intended on VX's side so doesn't sound like something Twitter has changed.
