Translation not working on Telegram

It seems that adding /en or any other language code to the end of the URL does not trigger translation on Telegram. Discord seems to work fine, so it may be a Telegram problem.

It's been like this for about a week, and the PC and iOS apps are both affected, so it's probably not a version issue.
